Corruption in Labour Controlled Councils particularly in the North East is nothing new-in the past 50 years most if not all labour controlled councils in the North-East of England have been Corrupt-  a little reminder of some of the biggest Hypocritical scumbags who were past masters of dishonest dealings -let’s start with the godfathers of Corrupt Labour Councillors- Cuningham-

I have sufficient factual credible evidence of legal purchase in all good faith from Hartlepool Borough Council  of my freehold Ex-Council House Land & Property, Registered Title CE74844 “Absolute” available to legally contest & challenge that obvious fabricated false claim- made by Alan H Smith assistant Land Registrar Durham- a government official employed in a public office in his letters to us signed and dated 5^th December 2008 that -try and support his misleading spurious  statement without any factual evidence to support his ridiculous claim- that a previous conveyance of the property in dispute had taken place between the Mayor Aldermen and Burgesses of Hartlepool Borough Council and Mr/Mrs E Bennison in November 1974 despite repeatedly asking the chief solicitor of Hartlepool Borough Council Peter Devlin to re-examine the fraudulent evidence of property ownership said by Hilary Martin the Freedom of Information Officer to have been examined by Hartlepool Council Planning and Legal Officials prior to granting approval- to the legally flawed Retrospective Planning application H/2009/0568-
I am still awaiting a honest reply from Land Registry Durham, to that ?

Can there be anything more contemptuous than the Chief Solicitor of Hartlepool Town Council Peter Devlin-and my Labour De Brus Ward Councillor-Bob Cooke- trying to wriggle out of their responsibilities by lying through their teeth.
 I am still awaiting a honest reply from Peter Devlin.
 
How can Both those two (2) named scoundrels in Public and Elected office ( there are others) can only continually to lie as blatantly as this only if they obviously know they are doing so with impunity-courtesy of others in senior positions of authority- but obviously no principles?

There are several question worthy of answers on this matter, as a full Council Tax payer I would appreciate your explanation as to why- my legitimate questions as the Registered freehold property owners –I believe I am legally entitled to make- have been deliberately & continuously brushed under the carpet- who decided that this information should be withheld- it is now obvious that everyone here in Hartlepool can safely assume the “Nolan Principles” went out the window a long time back- particularly in this case

I have always thought-that if any law abiding tax paying member of the general public- has irrefutable factual evidence -as I have- of financial fraud and misconduct in “Public Office” then the place to report it is to Cleveland Police-which I honestly believe I did-some time ago- also kept fully informed and given a copy of all my evidence of legal purchase- was my Labour Party Parliamentary representative in Westminster Iain Wright. (still awaiting for a reply from him on that) including one from the last Monkey elected Mayor of Hartlepool- Mr Drummond ?
What good did he do? Nothing-Heard he’s got a very good little earner now?
Could be he knows where the bodies are buried?

The  former Chairman  of the Cleveland Police Authority  Dave  McLuckie  a Labour Councillor of Great Ayton, was  found Guilty  on  June 18  after a week-long trial  at Newcastle Crown Court of Persuading his friend Maurice Ward to take three speeding points on his behalf to  avoid being banned from driving in 2005, when he was Vice-Chairman of the  Cleveland Police Authority & already had nine points on his licence and feared a ban for reaching 12 points would Scupper his Chances of getting the Top Job as Chairman of the  Cleveland  Police Authority
 Was  the Motive  “Money” Money” “Money”
Today at Newcastle Crown Court McLuckie was jailed for Eight (8) Months for Perverting the Course of Justice  his Dishonest  Deceitful Criminal actions were Compared to those of former MP Chris Huhne who was given the same sentence after he persuaded his former wife to take speeding points for him !
Sentencing McLuckie, the judge David Wood  said: “This kind of offence strikes at the heart of the legal system, so is regarded so seriously that only custody is an option.” 
The 52-year-old showed no emotion when the sentence was passed  !
 It is unbelievable  that a Chairman  of a Police Authority can Conceal from his colleagues  on  the Police  Committee  his own gross Criminal Misconduct for Seven Years, 
Highly Suspicious,  you can Hide the Fish but “NOT” the smell ! 
There is something “Very  Sinister” about an organisation like the  Cleveland Police authority  when one Considers other incidents- that have Happened  on McLuckies Watch- a Chief Constable  “Sacked” a Deputy Chief Constable  Suspended-  I think the McLuckie affair is just the tip of the Iceberg- one can only wonder what is going on in Cleveland ?
Rumour has it the Ex-Mayor of Hartlepool  Stuart Drummond, was or still is a Member of the Cleveland Police authority?  If that is true-  the mind boggles!
I found Drummond to be a Highly Devious Person- no different from my Own Labour Ward Councillors! ROB COOK- SHEILA GRIFFIN – SYLVIAL TEMPEST             All Completely Unbelievable  &  Most Certainly Untrustworthy !
I have noticed that a few Press reports insisting  mistakenly-  on calling this Overweight  Hypocritical  tub of lard a “Police Chief”  he was “NOT”  he was a Corrupt High flying  Labour Councillor who was on the Police Committee,
for which he no doubt was well paid ? 
His fall from Grace has seen him resign from Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council and he is believed to be  on ‘gardening leave’ from his post at Cleveland Potash. 
No Doubt his friends in the Labour Party will find him another well paid  Senior Position  –  they have to help him-  he knows where the bodies are Buried- is it possible  like Drummond-  he could be Considered  a future  Member of Parliament for Hartlepool  after  all is said and done  he has  proved  -that he as all the Qualities  Required of a  LABOUR POLITICIAN 
 he is  without doubt a  Deceitful  Hypercritic- Liar- & a Complete Scoundrel;- and can now ad jailbird to his C.V.  can’t  get any better than that!  and who can ever forget the words of his Legal Council- Lawyer -Julian Smith, who described McLuckie  as a man of  Good Character, and Great Integrity who had Done Much Good for  his Community -If  there is anyone stupid enough to believe that load of rubbish- we deserved all we wish for! 
Remember -Hartlepool Borough Council is where anything goes, Rules can be bent and the rule of law discarded?  Misconduct in public office  is a daily event- 
My allegations  of Criminal Misconduct are  known to my Labour Member of Parliament  for Hartlepool Iain Wright, & the Three (3) Elected  Labour Councillors  for the DE-BRUS Ward!  They Can’t Say as Drummond Did ” No-one  told Me “?

I am Still awaiting a Reply from Land Registry to the Freedom of Information Request I posted on the “WhatDoTheyKnowSite” 

Alan H Smith the assistant LAND REGISTRAR, DURHAM and his Colleagues-Anthony Lowes-plus  Andrew Schofield-Office Manager of Land Registry Durham are all guilty of FRAUD intending to  Pervert the Course of Justice when they conspired with Officials of Hartlepool Borough Council, to fabricate evidence  of purchase and ownership, knowing it to be untrue,

to help and assist our immediate next door neighbours  to gain by criminal deception a certificate of lawfulness for land and  property NOT in their Ownership-the motivation for this criminal deception by the officials involved- was simply financial- to enable our immediate next door neighbours to be given Retrospective Planning Consent for their illegally built Taxi Drivers Toilet & kitchen Extension built without  seeking Council planning consent and attached it to the rear wall of our detached wash house outbuildings causing serious structural damage to the building-particularly the deliberate blocking off completely the gas escape ducts positioned high in the rear wall of the detached building by the original builder of the property to allow the unrestricted escape to the outside atmosphere of any build up of Explosive Gasses from the Gas Fuelded Internal Hot Water Boiler

FRAUD BY FALSE REPRESENTATION” is defined by Section-2-of the Fraud Act-2006- 

as a case where a person makes “any representation as to fact or law-expressed or implied- which they know to be UNTRUE or MISLEADING-( i.e. Alan H Smith- -in his letter to us- signed and dated 5th December 2008- Categorically stated that  a Previously Conveyance of the property-had Taken Place between our neighbours  and the Mayor-Aldermen and Burgesses of the County Borough of Hartlepool-in November 1974) this was a complete fabrication of the truth ,  designed to frighten  Intimidate & deceive the two elderly legal registered owners of the property into believing their legal Documentation of Purchase of the Ex-Council House Property from Hartlepool Borough Council pursuant to the Housing Act 1980 on the 1st February 1984 in consideration of £5,750.00 pounds (Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Pounds) was fraudulent!

 the Purchase and Transfer of the entire area of property purchased was  highlighted in RED on the Property Plan No.M44684 dated September 1983  Title “Sale of Council House”  from the office of B.R. DAVIES, BSc, C.Eng. M.I.C.E .M.I, Mun E. Borough Engineer and Senior Surveyor were Confirmed by Land Registry Durham in a letter dated 14th February 1984!

Note:- PETER DEVLIN, Chief Solicitor of Hartlepool is part of this gang of Thieves & Scoundrels- if what I am saying is Untrue -Sue Me, you Hypocritical Scoundrel!

I was surprised when we received the letter from Alan H Smith assistant Land Registrar Durham when he  stated categorically in his signed letter dated 5th December 2008 that a previous conveyance of part of the registered property CE74844 “Absolute” had taken place between Mr and Mrs E Bennison and the MAYOR, ALDERMEN and BURGESS of Hartlepool Borough Council ON the 3rd November 1974

 This is absolutely ludicrous, pure fabrication and is in direct contradiction of all the available evidence of searches of any previous sale of the ex-council house freehold property pursuant to the housing act 1980 from Hartlepool Borough Council on the 1^st February 1984 in accordance to the payment of £5,750.00 pounds!  Still awaiting a Reply from Land Registry-

Important to appreciate that H.M. Land Registry simply supply information regarding the registered title We do not enforce the information and where disputes arise then these must be resolved by either party involved or through Legal Representation and/or the courts
